New Delhi: Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi will be joining the Bharat Jodo Yatra tomorrow, November 23, in Madhya Pradesh where it reaches its halfway mark.

When the Yatra hits the Burhanpur area of Madhya Pradesh after travelling through Maharashtra, she will be walking with party MP Rahul Gandhi.

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will join the Yatra for four days once the Bharat Jodo Yatra enters Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh, Congress General Secretary In-charge of Communication, Jairam Ramesh tweeted.

Sonia Gandhi joined the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Karnataka, earlier 

She had walked with Rahul Gandhi and other Yatris. This will be the first time the brother and sister will march together. in the Yatra

Earlier, the duo's absence on the campaign trail and claims of animosity between them were questioned by BJP leaders and Union Ministers.

Bharat Jodo Yatra has already covered parts of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, , Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana and Maharashtra.

The Yatra would conclude in Kashmir the next year after starting on September 7 in Kanyakumari. The Congress asserted earlier in a statement that it is the longest march on foot by any Indian politician in India's history. Several political parties and social organisations around the nation are supporting the Bharat Jodo Yatra, and support is growing daily, it added.
