Gehlot government gets relief, two BTP MLAs will support

New Delhi: Amid the ongoing political tussle in Rajasthan, the Gehlot government has breathed a sigh of relief. Both the Bharatiya Tribal Party (BTP) MLAs have announced their support to the Gehlot government. Both BTP MLAs announced their support after meeting Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Saturday.

On this, CM Ashok Gehlot said that the two MLAs of the Tribal Party of India (BTP) met with the officials of their state executive and after discussing with their indent, they announced their support to the government. BTP MLA Ramprasad and Rajkumar Raut said that the attempt to topple the government which was demolished according to democracy is wrong. We are with the government. Earlier, in the battle of Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot, BTP chief Mahesh Bhai Vasava had asked both his party MLAs to remain absent during the voting.

Mahesh Bhai Vasava said that neither the Congress, nor Gehlot, neither Sachin Pilot nor the BJP should vote at the time of majority test in the MLA Assembly. Speaker Mahesh Vasava also said that if MLAs violate the party's orders, disciplinary action will be taken against them.
