Kabul: Three civilians, including a child, were killed in a roadside bomb blast in Afghan's northwestern Badghis province on Saturday morning, a local official told the media. The owner of the marriage hall, the name was identified with Nadeem, and his son was among those who died. Most of the injured were poor laborers who were undertaking renovation of the building. It is estimated that some workers are still buried under the rubble as officials say more than 40 men were working when the building collapsed.
