Raipur: The Chhattisgarh government has decided to impose fines against those who do not follow the necessary protective measures to protect against the coronavirus in the state. Senior state officials have said on Saturday that the administration has issued guidelines from time to time for the prevention of corona infection in Chhattisgarh and the effective implementation of the rules and now those who violate these rules will be fined.

As for this, he has said that in case of not wearing masks in public places, Rs. 100, fine of Rs. 1,000 for breaking the guidelines of separate residence in the house. And a fine of Rs 100 is found for spitting in public places and Rs 200 for being found violating social distance by the owners of shops and business institutions. Officials said that the Chhattisgarh government has declared it mandatory to adopt and follow defensive rules to prevent the spread of corona virus. According to the notification issued by the Ministry of Health in this regard, the action to recover the fine is going to be done by the District Magistrate authorized officer. In the event of non-payment of penalty, an order has been issued against the person concerned for punitive investigation under the Epidemic Diseases Act and Indian Penal Code.

After which he has also said that it is necessary for every public to visit the public places, offices, hospital, markets and crowded places and streets. Mask is also required for every person working in office, work places and factory etc. After which, every person traveling with 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers must wear masks. Giving information about this, officials said that spitting in public places has been stopped. For the people living in separate houses in the house, the administration has to follow all the guidelines in this regard from time to time. And it has been made mandatory for shops and business institutions to follow the rules of social distance.
