In the most recent episode, Bhide calls everyone to the Clubhouse to decide who will take care of Chachaji once Jethalal departs for America. Bhide then tells Popatlal that because he is single and has no commitments, he can take care of Chachaji. Bhide is scolded by Popatlal for not being completely available. Iyer explains to Popatlal that he is merely a common reporter. Then Bhide tries to convince Popatlal, but he rejects him.

Popatlal gives Bhide the task of caring for Chachaji. Bhide asserts that he is unable to manage everything independently. Iyer then makes the suggestion to employ a caretaker who would be paid from the society fund. Because Ganesh Chaturti is quickly approaching and they cannot use society funds, Bhide rejects the plan.

If Chachaji plans to leave, Popatlal and Bhide are in charge of getting him out. In addition to others, Sodhi has voiced their support. Then Anjali promises to make Khichdi for Chachaji. Except for Bhide, who goes to Jethalal's house to check on Chachaji, everyone goes home. Bhide is shocked to find Chachaji on the ground and assumes that he fell in some way. Following Bhide's departure, Bagha begins to feed Chachaji. Because Anjali sent diet Khichdi without salt, he appears to take the first bite and declares it to be bland. The Khichdi is then brought into the kitchen where Tadka is added by Bagha and Natu Kaka.
