The MeToo accusations against him that several women made in October 2018 have been brought up once more by Sajid Khan. Popular Bhojpuri actress Rani Chatterjee has now spoken out about being sexually harassed by the filmmaker during a meeting with Himmatwala, following Sherlyn Chopra and Kanishka Soni.
During the filming of Himmatwala, Rani said in her most recent interview with Aaj Tak that she had become friends with Sajid. She claimed that Sajid had assured her that he would speak with her directly. Sajid asked Rani to come to her house and told her not to bring her manager or PR because it would be a formal meeting when they spoke on the phone.
Rani claimed that she accepted Sajid's suggestion because he was a well-known director. He was home alone when she arrived at his Juhu residence. Rani was informed by Sajid that she will need to wear a shot lehenga for an item song called Dhoka Dhoka. Given that Rani was wearing a long skirt, he then asked her to expose her legs. Rani exposed her legs up to the knee because she believed that this is how things work.
Rani continued, "At that time, I was scared." The actress then disclosed that Sajid had subsequently inquired about her breast size. He urged her not to be afraid of him and further enquired as to whether she had a boyfriend and how often they spoke.
Rani retaliated angrily at this point, asking him what kind of nonsense he was talking about. After leaving his home, she continued, Sajid had even tried to touch her in an inappropriate way. She claimed that she was tempted to accuse Sajid of sexual misconduct after hearing accusations from several other women. Furthermore, Rani thought it was time to publicly criticise the director for his actions now that Sajid is a part of Bigg Boss.
While it was previously reported that the MeToo accuser would be shown the exit door in the upcoming week, new reports indicate that he will stay in the house. He has been charged by a number of people, including Sherlyn Chopra, Mandana Karimi, Aahana Kumra, and Kanishka Soni.
