Bhopal: During the lockdown, Madhya Pradesh's capital Bhopal administration is supplying vegetables in different parts of the city under the campaign 'Aap Ki Sabzi Aapke Dwar'. But during this time some local people have complained in the control room that the vegetables are being sold at high prices. After this, ADM Bhopal has fixed the prices of all vegetables.
All the vendors who are going to the locality with the cart, have been given clear instructions that they should provide vegetables only at the rates fixed by the government. If vegetables are sold at higher rates then legal action will be taken against them. Till Sunday, the vegetables which were being sold for more than Rs. 40 per kg, their prices have changed on Monday. Like potato Rs 30 per kg, green chilli Rs 35 per kg, onion Rs 25 per kg, tomato Rs 20 per kg, green coriander Rs 40 per kg, okra Rs 25 per kg, capsicum sold for Rs 40 per kg is.
At the same time, under 'Aap ki sabji apke dwar', the vegetable vendors reaching the mohallas of Bhopal say that under the guise of this campaign, some other shopkeepers are also taking vegetables to the mohallas and selling vegetables at high prices. The administration should take appropriate action against such people by paying attention.
