Madhya Pradesh gears up for third wave of coronavirus, Bhopal collector calls meeting

Bhopal: The situation of corona infection in the state is now improving. At the moment, the situation here seems to be returning to normal rapidly. Preparations have also been issued to prevent the third wave of corona infection in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. Bhopal Collector held a review meeting with hospital operators and specialist doctors to stop the third wave of corona last Thursday. Bhopal Collector Avinash Lavanya attended the meeting. He told all senior doctors that "efforts have to be made from now on to stop the third wave in Bhopal." He further said, "We have to move forward with continuous efforts in three phases."

Phase I: Public Awareness Campaign should be launched.

Phase II: Continuous door-to-door surveys and distribution of medicines to prevent infected people

Phase III: The infrastructure of the hospital has to be better managed.

Markets to be opened at limited levels which will restrict crowded space. As part of the information received, the meeting was attended by Zilla Panchayat CEO, Chief Medical Health Officer, Dean Doctor of Gandhi Medical College, Superintendent Hamidia Doctor, Doctor, National Hospital, Dr. Rakesh, Dr. Rajan Kshetrapal, Dr. Rakesh Sukheja, Dr. Chirayu Medical College. Ajay was involved. Meanwhile, doctors also informed that there is a high risk of children getting infected with the third babe so a public awareness campaign should be launched and sampling should be increased if required. In the meantime, Dr. Jitendra Shukla said, "The 80 bedded ward at Hamidia will soon be launched for children with ventilators along with  medical oxygen supply."
