These days, Judy Huth's sexual assault case is going on in court. In fact, Bill Cosby has been accused by Huth of sexually assaulting her at the age of 16. Referring to one of the allegations, Judy Huth has said that Bill Cosby sexually assaulted her near a game room in the playboy mansion in 1975. Huth testified in a trial against Cosby on Tuesday that he was sexually assaulted when he was just 16 years old. Cosby, however, has denied the allegations.

Cosby denies the allegations against him: Huth, 64, said, "The incident happened when she and her high school friend Donna Samuelson left for the mansion with Cosby. She has said that before playing the Donki Kong game, she visited the mansion and the game room and then she went to the toilet. After this, she has said that Cosby forced her to have sex in the bedroom. After the Rejection of the Pennsylvania Criminal Convention in an appeal through the court last year, Cosby was dismissed to represent one of the last remaining legal claims of the trial against Cosby and his insurer settled several cases against his will. He is not joining the case and will not testify, but after the suit is filed in 2014, some parts of the video statement are going to be played.

At the time of Huth's testimony, she has said that it was Cosby who told her that he had been following her since she was 15-16 years old. He is claiming that she was menstruating at that time, even though she was not but thought that she was going to stop thinking that. Huth has said that he was trying to divert his attention but he did not stop. I closed my eyes again.' Cosby later left the room. After this, both of them took a photo which has been shown earlier in the court.
