Patna: A tragic incident has taken place in the Dariapur police station area of Saran district of Bihar. Three people from the same family have lost their lives in the Sadharwara area of the district. While the condition of a person is very critical. The deceased include father and son and nephew. It is being reported that yesterday (Monday) was the first Monday of the month of Sawan. The women of the house had fasted on Shravani Somwar, which restricted the house from making fish on this day.
The head of the house Subhash Rai had bought fish from the market yesterday and cooked it in the courtyard outside the house. Which was eaten by four members of the house, including Subhash Rai (50 years) and his two sons Balaji Rai, 18, and Mithilesh Rai, 22, and his 5-year-old nephew Viraj Rai. Shortly after dinner, all 4 people lost their health at night and started taking everyone to a nearby health center in hurry, but 2 people died on the way. The other two people were taken to the local PHC. Where another succumbed. Mithilesh, 22, is currently undergoing treatment at PMCH where his condition is said to be critical.
After three deaths in the same house, mourning has spread among the family members. The whole village is in a state of shock. The incident reminded us of the incident of MDM, in which 23 children died in 2013 when the vegetable accidentally replaced mustard oil with pesticide. However, in the latest case, Dariapur police have seized the three bodies and rushed them to Chhapra Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The remaining samples of the homemade fish were secured for forensic examination.
