Amidst the corona infection, the police presented the juvenile before the juvenile justice board's chief judicial magistrate Manvendra Mishra on charges of theft. When speaking to the child, he came to know that he had a mentally weak widow mother and younger brother in his house. Those who have not received food for several days due to the lockdown, so he committed theft. When Mishra heard from the child that he had stolen food to save his mother and brother from hunger, he became emotional and freed him from the charge of theft and asked the administration to provide him ration and clothes immediately.
