Bihar: Case booked against a school for teaching against CAA and NRC

Patna: The way the students were taught in connection with the National Citizenship Register (NRC) and the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) Act, in the Knowledge Science Rambo Home operated at a school in Danapur Cantt, Patna, capital of Har Haar. The Child Protection Rights Commission considered treason. After taking automatic cognizance, a case has been registered and ordered to take action. 

The Commission has sent a three-page letter in this regard to Patna SSP. Its copy has also been given to the Chief Secretary, DGP, and Patna District Magistrate. On the basis of this letter, case number 258/21 has been registered in the Danapur police station. The responsibility of investigation has been entrusted to Daroga Reena Kumari. The case has been registered under section 124A, 153A 505 (2) IPC & 75 of JJ Act 2015. 

Priyank Kanungo, the head of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights, had come to inspect this school. During this time, she saw the documents kept in the institution. Through these documents, a minor in school was being told against the laws made in the country as if the law was against them. Action orders have been given after this.
