Patna: Today, more than 1 thousand new people of Corona have been found in the state. The total number of corona patients in the state has increased to 27455. The situation in Bihar capital Patna remains grim and the number of corona patients has reached 4000. Most of the 196 new cases have also been found in Patna. Bihar Health Ministry has given this information. Apart from Patna, 56 new cases have been reported in Rohtas, 76 in Bhojpur, 98 in Bhagalpur, 67 in Samastipur.

The rapid spread of corona outbreak in Bihar is being estimated from the fact that in the last 18 days, 15,000 new infected cases of corona have been reported in the state. According to the report of the Medical Journal Lancet, the Vulnerability Index of 20 districts of all the states of India has been prepared. This index states that which districts are at the highest risk of spreading corona infection. In this report, 8 out of 20 districts have met Bihar.

The death toll in the disease has so far risen to 179 as two more persons died during the last 24 hours due to corona infection in Bihar. Since July 12, more than 1000 Corona patients have been found in the state every day. So far, 56 patients have died from corona in Jharkhand. The total number of corona cases in Jharkhand has increased to 5552. It is a matter of relief that 2718 people in the state have been cured of this infection. There are 2785 active cases in Jharkhand.
