Nalanda: Today is the last phase of voting for the Bihar assembly elections. Votes will cast their vote again at three polling stations of Hilsa Assembly. Actually, re-polling is being done at three booths in Karayaparasurai police station area.

It is being told that this time under heavy security, votes will cast their vote again at all three booths. By the way, let us tell you that on 3 November near the Hathla Chaurasi Bridge of Karaiparashurai, the pickup vehicle returning with EVM and personnel was overturned in a water filled pit. After that, voting is being held once again today.

Talking about this, District Election Officer cum DM Yogendra Singh said that on the instructions of the Election Commission, on Friday, EVM machines of all the three polling stations were examined in the presence of General Observer, in which it is found that it is not possible to get the results from EVMs related to all the three polling stations. He told that after this the Election Commission of India was apprised. On Friday, November 7, the Election Commission had issued a letter to re-vote on November 7 and only after that voting has started at these three booths from seven in the morning.
