Siwan: Preparations are going on in full swing in Siwan district regarding Chhath Puja. People are busy cleaning Chhath Ghats with the purchase of Puja materials. Siwan district administration and the city council appear indifferent to Chhath Puja this time. Even after approaching the Chhath festival, Daha bridge Chhat Ghat has not been completely cleaned by the district administration and the city council.

Dirty and littering garbage is seen in the rivers of the Ghat and high mask lights have also been not working for many years. No guidelines have been issued so far from the district administration regarding Chhath Puja happening during the crisis period of the global pandemic Coronavirus. There is a lot of resentment among the common citizens due to this apathetic attitude of the district administration and the city council.

Let us tell you that the district administration has issued this guideline that people should enjoy the Chhath festival. Along with this, the district administration has also said that the Covid Guidelines issued by the Center should also be taken care of during the festival.
