Gopalganj: In Bihar's Gopalganj district, the father of 8 children has been brutally cut and killed with a sharp weapon due to an illegal relationship. The case is of Khwajepur village under Jadopur police station area of the district. Police reached the spot after the incident and sent the body for postmortem and arrested the accused neighbour and his two wives.

According to the information, 55-year-old Baijnath Chaudhary had illicit relations with the neighbour's second wife. For this, the neighbour warned Baijnath to stay away from his wife several times. According to the allegation, Baijnath barged into the neighbour's house on Saturday night. Angry neighbour Shiv Kumar Chaudhary, along with his two wives Phoolmati Devi and Kiran Devi, brutally beat the farmer and cut his private part and killed him with a sharp weapon.

However, the wife of the deceased has alleged murder against five people, citing property dispute and mutual rivalry as the reason for the murder. In this regard, the Jadopur Police Station officer said that Shanti Devi, the wife of the deceased, has lodged a complaint against the 5 people at the police station for killing her husband in a property dispute. Out of this, the police have arrested neighbouring Shiv Kumar Chaudhary, his two wives Phoolmati Devi and Kiran Devi.
