Patna: Another case of triple talaq has come to light from Bihar. The accused has been arrested by the Pirbhor police station. The accused husband has been arrested. The case is under investigation. The husband is retired from Airforce. The wife is originally a resident of Gaya district. The wife had been living in her sister's house at Ramna Bend in Pirbhor police station area for the past one and a half months. On Friday, her husband reached there.

He was trying to escape by saying that his wife and his family had grabbed his son-in-law and handed him over to the police at Pirbhor police station. At the moment, giving information about this entire case, Pirbhor police station Rizwan Ahmed Khan has told that at present, the accused youth is in custody and further action will be taken after thorough investigation.

Recently, after the passage of the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha, the triple talaq bill was given a green signal by President Ram Nath Kovind. Three divorces took the form of law after the approval of President Ram Nath Kovind. The law will be deemed to be effective from September 19, 2018. The bill was passed in the Lok Sabha on July 25 and in the Rajya Sabha on July 30. After the bill became law, it has been decided that all the three divorce cases that come up after September 19, 2018, will be disposed of under the same law.
