Muzaffarpur: Police have caught criminals running sex rackets in Muzaffarpur town of Bihar. Police said this on Tuesday. According to reports, police raided a house in Sir Syed Colony in the Ahiyapur police station area last night. Police have taken four persons including the mastermind of the gang into custody from here. Half a dozen young men and women escaped from the spot. Police said, apart from the mastermind, two girls from Patna and Chakia along with another have been nabbed from the spot.

Police from Ahiyapur and Mithanpura police stations raided the house on the information of the same sex racket. Drugs, liquor, a large number of injections have also been seized in search of the house. Police said the house had been running a sex racket for the past six months.

The same late Monday night a customer came to the house. When the local residents got suspicious about this, they lodged a complaint with the police. After this, when the police and local people opened the door of the house, many young men and women escaped from there. SHO Sunil Kumar Rajak said that during interrogation it has been found that online payment was taken from the customers. The rented house belongs to a woman, whose location is being traced. Action is also being taken against the arrested criminals.
