In Bihar, 10 people were hit and 4 people tragically lost their lives when an unruly truck rammed into a line hotel on the banks of NH in Bamhour village of Sivasagar police station area of Rohtas district. Five persons were seriously injured. Out of these, 5 injured women have been sent to Patna for better treatment. The incident is said to have taken place when the brick kiln labourer and his family had returned to Latehar in Jharkhand from Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, all the people were staying at a line hotel on the NH bank near Bamhour village in Sivasagar police station area.

As soon as the men got down from the truck to eat and drink on the roadside, the other unruly truck crushed everyone. This was followed by an outcry at the spot. All of them were brought to PHC Sivasagar in from where all the injured have been referred to Patna. Four persons lost their lives on the spot. The deceased have been identified as Santosh Lahra, Dilip Lohra, 2-year-old Ashish Lohra and 3-year-old Balwant Lohra.

The injured have been identified as 7-year-old Rekha Kumari, 17-year-old Kavita Kumari, 19-year-old Full Kumari, 40-year-old Sunita Devi and 28-year-old Basmati Devi. The bodies of the deceased are being postmortem at Sadar Hospital in Sasaram. For which a team of doctors has been deployed. On the other hand, locals have seized the truck. But the truck driver has managed to escape. The incident created a sensation in the entire area.
