Vaccine formula is not like a recipe to be shared with anyone. It is not just a matter of intellectual property, it requires a lot of precautions, testing, trials.''

Bill Gates further said that this may require developing and poor countries to wait for some time, but they should not get the vaccine formula. According to Sky News, Bill Gates also admitted that it is not surprising if developed and rich countries are giving priority to giving vaccines to their citizens.
