A man has claimed to stop his life by drinking his urine. He claims that he drinks his urine every day, due to which he looks 10 years younger than his age. He says that by doing this he also stays away from stress. The name of the person is Harry Matadeen. If Harry is to be believed, he has been drinking his urine since 2016.

Harry, 34, who lives in Hampshire, England, claims the bizarre practice has 'cured' him from depression and reduced his lifespan by 10 years. If reports are to be believed, Harry has also claimed to feel a new sense of calmness and determination after starting 'urine therapy'. Harry advises others to do the same.

Harry Matadin consumes about 200 ml of his urine every day. Not only this, but Harry's daily drink always includes month-old urine. He claims that his urine is 'super clean' and does not taste bad either. He also revealed that he not only drinks his urine, but also massages his face with it as a moisturizer. According to Harry 'Urin' has made me much younger than my age. My face has reached puberty. However, Harry's family has never approved of his 'dirty' habit.

The doctor told that drinking urine is 'very bad': It is being said that medical science has to say that no evidence of health benefits has been achieved by drinking urine or applying it on the face. UK doctor Jeff Foster has said that drinking your own urine is 'very bad'. It can increase dehydration in your body and can also cause bacteria. He further states that urine is a 'waste product', consisting of 'about 90% water' as well as 'ammonia, salts, bacteria and other waste products'.
