LUCKNOW: Bhupendra Singh Choudhary, who has been made the President of the Uttar Pradesh BJP unit, holds a lot of hold in the Jat fraternity and western UP. This is the reason that in the last assembly elections, the BJP had registered a thumping victory in western UP even after the farmers' agitation. In Yogi Sarkar 2.0, Bhupendra Chaudhary was given a ministerial post for the second time in the Yogi government. Prior to this, he worked in the organization for a long time. He has played the responsibility of even the regional president. 

Let us tell you that the Kanth assembly seat of Moradabad in western UP is also known as Jat land. Bhupendra Chaudhary is a resident of this Jat land. Bhupendra Chaudhary has contested the Lok Sabha elections in 1999 against Samajwadi Party (SP) founder and former CM Mulayam Singh. Even after getting defeated in the Lok Sabha elections, BJP kept full faith in Bhupendra Chaudhary and now its effect is also being seen. Let us tell you that Bhupendra Chaudhary was born in a farmer family in the year 1966 in Mahendri Sikandarpur village under Moradabad district. 

Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary's early education took place in the primary school of the village itself and then from RN Inter College, Moradabad, he took education till 12th standard. After this, he went ahead and joined the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and then in 1991 he joined the BJP. He is currently a member of the UP Legislative Council. He was elected a member of the UP Legislative Council on 10 June 2016. He has also been the regional president of the BJP in 2012.
