GUJRAT:  The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) organised demonstrations in Rajkot, Gujarat, as part of its nationwide rallies on Saturday against remarks made about Prime Minister Narendra Modi by Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

At the Zilla Panchayat Chowk in Rajkot, a massive crowd of party members and leaders sang anti-Bilawal Bhutto slogans and asked that he retract his remarks about Prime Minister Modi.

The derogatory comments made by Pakistan's foreign minister cannot be allowed, said Kamlesh Mirani, president of the BJP's Rajkot chapter, and they have been forcefully criticised. He said, the Pakistani government needs to retract the foreign minister's remarks.

The remark made by the Pakistani foreign minister was also attacked by former BJP MLA Govind Bhai Patel, who demanded an apology from the Pakistani government.
"It was an insult to the entire country," declared Uday Kangad, a newly elected BJP MLA from Rajkot East, of the statement made by the Pakistani foreign minister. "The people of India want an apology from the Pakistan government."

In response to Bilawal Bhutto Zardari's "derogatory" comments on Prime Minister Modi, there has been outrage across the nation, and the BJP is staging demonstrations in each state capital. The minister of Pakistan made disparaging comments at a news conference at the UN in New York, which sparked indignation and demonstrations.

Referring to Bilawal Bhutto's statement as "The BJP described the comments as "extremely insulting and full of cowardice," adding that they were intended to draw attention away from Pakistan's crumbling economy, lawlessness, and instability.

The statement also aims to deceive the world and divert attention away from Pakistan's failing international relations, its crumbling economy, its rise as a major haven for terrorists, its lawlessness and disorder, and its simmering army disputes "the party said.
