BJP files complaint against Congress leaders over leaked audio tapes

The political struggle in Rajasthan turns out to be vehemently fierce. Now the Bharatiya Janata Party has approached Police under these circumstances. Congress national spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala has been accused of tarnishing the image of the Bharatiya Janata Party and its leaders against the Congress leaders. The Bharatiya Janata Party has decided to file a case against these leaders of Congress in defamation and other sections. Meanwhile, efforts are being made to topple the Ashok Gehlot government including his MLAs.

Indian leader Sanjay Jain has been detained in the scandal of viral audio tape. While this complaint against Congress leader has been lodged at the Ashok Nagar police station in Jaipur late Friday night on behalf of Bharatiya Janata Party state spokesperson Laxmikant Bhardwaj in which it has been said that for the last few days, the government chief Mahesh Joshi, Congress national spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala, Congress President Govind Singh Dotasara, etc. are undermining the reputation of BJP and by blaming Bharatiya Janata Party for the cause of the internal plight in the Congress government under which the voice tapes have also been issued for falsely creating the voices of the BJP leaders being mocked from the Chief Minister's residence. This work is done by a person named Lokesh Sharma, who describes himself as OSD of CM.

Bhardwaj has said in the complaint that fake cases have also been filed in this matter. Bhardwaj believes that this has caused serious defamation of my party and its leaders. He has demanded to file a case against the leaders concerned in defamation, inciting people and other sections.
