NEW DELHI: Senior BJP leader and General Secretary in charge of Jammu and Kashmir Ram Madhav has said that a bill has been prepared for Jammu and Kashmir under which the Valley will be centred for some time after October 31. The state will remain ruled by Union Home Minister Amit Shah who had also briefed Parliament. Jammu and Kashmir will be given full statehood once the situation becomes normal.

BJP National General Secretary Ram Madhav said, "The assembly seats under Jammu will be delimited again. After that, there will be 114 seats in the proposed Union Territory. Of these, 24 seats will be limited to Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK), which will remain vacant for the time being. 90 seats will be for Jammu and Kashmir.

Madhav further said, "There are many groups in Jammu and Kashmir that have to live without the basic human rights required for human life.

He said, the situation of Kashmiri Pandits is known to everybody who has to live as refugees in their own country. They are constrained, but now they will also be taken care of and his re-arrangement will be provided. Refugees in West Pakistan are also present in the Valley, their rights will also be given back to them.
