Meerut: The problems of MLA Satyaprakash Agarwal alleged in the case of fake NCERT books in Meerut are increasing. The Nauchandi police have taken his nephew into custody on Sunday for not following the lockdown. He was selling other goods under the guise of dairy. However, he was released on bail by the police station.

Nephew of Satya Prakash Agarwal is the owner of Kailash Dairy located. Even after the lockdown on Sunday, he was selling grocery items from inside the dairy. On receiving this information, the Nauchandi police reached the dairy, and Jitendra Aggarwal was taken into custody. After getting information about this, BJP leaders reached Nauchandi police station. The inspector filed a case of violation of lockdown.

Thereafter, he was released on bail. The police took the recovered goods. Earlier too, Jitendra Aggarwal violated the lockdown. During that time, the police had warned and left him. MLA Satyaprakash Agarwal's family members are openly flouting the rules. People demanded the police administration to seal the dairy several times. Traders say that the rules should be same for everyone. After all, why the civil line police is not taking action. The case is now being investigated.
