New Delhi: BJP National Executive President JP Nadda participated in the hundredth Chaupal organizing program in Delhi on Saturday i.e. 21 December 2019. While addressing the program, he highlighted the achievements of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He counted the schemes launched by Prime Minister Modi and appreciated the contribution of 'Chaupal' in completing it. He said, 'When Modi Ji took power in the year 2014, the number of bank account holders was only twenty-five million. Prime Minister started Jan Dhan Yojana, after that the number of bank account holders has increased to 38 crores and today 90 thousand crore rupees of Jan Dhan account holders are deposited in banks.

When JP Nadda asked about in this regard, he said that 'we have been taking inspiration from Chaupal through Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. We know that all the volunteers have done work to increase the social dimension through RSS.'

He further said, 'The number of beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, and Atal Pension Yojana has exceeded 21 crores, which means that about 20% population of India has been included in the plans. Our government has started a pension scheme for small businessmen, like the PM Kisan Samman Yojana, it has also planned to give 6000 rupees to the farmers every year. The government has extended the benefit of banking services to those who were not within the purview of banks.'
