New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released its manifesto for the Delhi Assembly elections on Friday. The BJP, which criticized the free plans of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), has also made big promises in its manifesto. Among them, it has been said to give Rs 2 per kg flour to the poor, free electric scooter to college-going students, cycles to students going to 9th.
