Bhopal: A case has been registered against a BJP spokesperson in Madhya Pradesh. The spokesperson is accused of making derogatory tweets on the state's Chief Minister Kamal Nath and senior Congress leader Jyotiraditya Scindia. Police have registered a case against BJP spokesperson Rahul Kothari. A criminal case has been registered against him. Kothari had put a photo in the tweet, in which Chief Minister Kamal Nath is being supported by Jyotiraditya Scindia, Minister Jeetu Patwari, Govind Singh Rajput.

After sharing this photo, he wrote that Scindia was taking Kamal Nath for immersion. The Indore police have registered a case against BJP state spokesperson Rahul Kothari for making derogatory remarks against Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath and senior Congress leader Jyotiraditya Scindia. The case was registered by Congress Secretary Rakesh Kumar after filing a complaint against Kothari with the Vijay Nagar Police.

Police said that in his complaint Rakesh Kumar said, 'National vice president of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha and party state spokesperson Rahul Kothari have made derogatory remarks in their tweets. In this, he has written, Scindia carrying Kamal Nath for immersion.

On registering the case, Kothari tweeted, 'The case against me by the Congress is proof of an undisclosed emergency in the state. Fearing the main opposition party in the state, the government is imposing fines on their opposition and lodging complaints, but the state government cannot stop the BJP's struggle for the people. Explain that there is a lot of tussle within the Congress in the state.
