NEW DELHI: The BJP is prepared to launch its "NaMo Cyber Yoddha" campaign on Wednesday in an effort to defeat AAP and win the Delhi Municipal Corporation elections.
According to the BJP, the campaign is a first-of-its-kind organic, online volunteer campaign-cum-initiative that would encourage social media workers to share their opinions on crucial Delhi-related issues. It will also serve as a platform for those who aren't interested in politics but want to speak out about crucial topics.
"The NaMo cyber volunteers will operate like an army and expose lies, corruption, and wrongdoing of the Kejriwal government," the BJP declared. Adesh Gupta, the president of the Delhi BJP, Rambir Bidhuri, the leader of the opposition in the Delhi Legislative Assembly, Shehzad Poonawalla, and a number of Delhi BJP MPs will be present for the campaign kickoff at the Delhi office of the party.
The BJP claims that NaMo Cyber Yoddha will serve as a platform for those who aren't necessarily interested in politics but nonetheless want to speak out on significant topics. It will be driven by volunteers. Over the course of a month, some 50,000 NaMo cyber warriors will be inspired.
The party said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's philosophy of service, progress, and "sabka saath" have an impact on thousands of individuals.
Even though the BJP is getting ready to start its NaMo Cyber Yoddha campaign, the key question is whether NCY will actually help the party win votes in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) elections.
