New Delhi: The picture about the CM's post in Goa and Manipur has become clear. It is reported that Pramod Sawant and N Biren Singh will be the chief ministers of their respective states. His swearing-in ceremony may take place after Holi. In Goa, which has 40 seats, the BJP has managed to stay in power with a victory in 20 seats. At the same time, 32 seats came in the account of BJP in Manipur. Both the prominent leaders of the state have reached Delhi and met the party's high command.

On Tuesday, Pramod Sawant had said that he has reached Delhi to meet the central leadership on the next step in the state. Speaking to the media, he said, "I am here to meet the central leadership and discuss the process ahead in the state.'' Sawant had earlier said that the government would be formed after the election of the legislature party leader in the presence of the BJP's central observer.

The BJP Parliamentary Board has appointed Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar as the central observer of Goa. At the same time, another minister L Murugan has been appointed as deputy observer. After the BJP's victory in the Assembly elections 2022, Pramod Sawant had submitted his resignation to Governor PS Sreedharan Pillai on March 12 to form the new government.
