Lucknow: Samajwadi Party (SP) national president Akhilesh Yadav's uncle and Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party (PSP) chief Shivpal Singh Yadav has chosen his own political path. Quoting sources, the news is coming out that Shivpal can go to Rajya Sabha with the help of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Sources say that BJP has also given a green signal for this.

PSP chief Shivpal Singh Yadav can go to Rajya Sabha with the help of the BJP. After two days of meetings with the BJP high command in Delhi and then meeting with CM Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow, the roadmap for Shivpal Yadav to go to Rajya Sabha has been prepared. In the month of July, 11 seats of Rajya Sabha are becoming vacant in UP. Out of this, the victory of the BJP in 7 to 8 seats is believed to be certain. Shivpal Singh Yadav can now go to Rajya Sabha with the help of the BJP. With this, Shivpal Yadav can field his son Aditya Yadav from the Jaswantnagar seat. BJP's effort is also to bloom the lotus in the Jaswantnagar seat.

The manner in which the SP has given tough competition to the BJP in the assembly elections, due to which the BJP is weaving many political threads regarding the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. In such a situation, the BJP can play the stake of making Shivpal Yadav a Union minister by sending Shivpal Yadav to the Rajya Sabha to break into the Yadav community, the core vote bank of the SP. UP has 9 per cent Yadav voters and has the largest population in OBCs, which are considered core voters of the SP. In such a situation, BJP can make a big face in the form of the Yadav community with Shivpal Yadav to defeat SP in 2024.
