Kolkata: The second phase of the electoral battle is going on in West Bengal. Violence continues during this period. BJP-TMC workers from Debra to Keshpur have come face to face. At the same time, a TMC worker has also been killed in West Midnapore. Meanwhile, a BJP worker committed suicide near the polling booth in Nandigram. In such a situation, BJP leaders alleged that TMC was constantly threatening the worker, due to which he took this step.

In Bengal, voting is taking place in a total of 30 assembly constituencies including Nandigram today. In the meantime, the BJP worker committed suicide near 28 number booths in Bathuabar village of Nandigram. The worker was identified as Uday Shankar.  The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has alleged that their activist Uday Shankar was unhappy because of the terror of TMC. After getting the information, the police started investigating the case. However, no statement has been issued on behalf of the police.

In West Bengal, voting is underway for the second phase on Thursday under which a total of 30 seats are being cast. However, the most important seat in Nandigram. Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and BJP candidate Suvendu officials are facing eachother.
