Black Shark, the popular gaming smartphone maker, confirmed on July 19 that the company will launch the Black Shark 2 Pro smartphone on July 30. Earlier, the company had released a teaser that the Snapdragon 855+ processor would be available. Now it's on the smartphone benchmarking website Geekbench. In a tech website listing, the smartphone scored 3623 points in a single-core test. The multicore test has received 11367 points. These scores come from Asus' gaming smartphone ROG Phone 2. ROG Phone 2 is also equipped with Snapdragon 855+ processor. Although the score of Black Shark 2 Pro is slightly better than ROG Phone 2.
The company has already launched the Black Shark 2 smartphone in March. The Black Shark 2 features a 6.39-inch True View AMOLED display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone features a 48-megapixel and 13-megapixel rear camera and a 20-megapixel front camera for selfies. In addition, the Adreno 640 GPU chip has been used in this phone to improve the gaming experience. The new Black Shark 2 has 256GB of internal storage with 12GB of RAM. The phone runs on Android 9 Pie with Liquid Cooling 3.0 technology to play heavy games. The 4000 mAh battery is provided with a forced charging to power the phone.
