Murshidabad: A major accident occurred while immersing the idol of Goddess Durga on Monday in Murshidabad, West Bengal. Two boats capsized while immersing the idol of Goddess Durga. Five people have died after the boat overturned. So at the same time, 6 people are being reported missing. There is chaos after this big accident. The video of the accident is also going viral.

On giving information regarding the accident, the police said that the dead included Beldanga resident of Murshidabad. Police said the dead bodies have been taken out of the water. This tragic accident occurred while immersing the idol of Goddess Durga. According to the police, the incident took place around 5.15 pm Monday. About 10-10 people were on board two boats to immerse the Durga idols. During this incident, it happened. Police said the divers were still on a search for the missing people. Police and Disaster Management Department personnel are investigating the entire case.
