Sitapur, In an incident, bodies of two children found near a pond in in Dilpatipur village in Pisavan area.
The deceased were cousins and identified as Alok 5 and Nitin 7 had gone out to play but did not return home.
Their bodies were found yesterday evening near the pond. The bodies have been sent for postmortem.
An FIR has been registered in this regard and police is investigating on the matter, but the reason behind their death has not been ascertained.
