Mumbai: Voting is going on for 288 assembly seats in Maharashtra. In the Maharashtra Assembly elections, the BJP-Shiv Sena is contesting against the Congress-NCP alliance. Meanwhile, Bollywood celebrities are also seen at the polling booth for voting. Aamir Khan, popularly known as Mr Perfectionist in Bollywood also cast his vote. Speaking to the media outside the Bandra (West) polling booth, Aamir Khan also appealed to the people of Maharashtra to vote.

At the same time, actor and BJP MP from UP's Gorakhpur Ravi Kishan also cast his vote. Filmmaker Kunal Kohli voted. Aamir Khan's wife Kiran Rao also cast her vote. Showing the voting sign outside the polling booth, Kiran also posed for the press. Actress Lara Dutta along with her husband Mahesh Bhupathi voted at the polling station in Bandra (West).
