A case was registered in Bombay High Court in a case of demolition on Kangana Ranaut's bungalow in Mumbai, on which a decision has arrived today. Today the Bombay High Court has heard this matter. According to the news received, the court has given the verdict in favour of Kangana. While delivering the verdict, the court said, 'We investigated the photographs and also checked the work. After this, the court has come to the conclusion that this is an existing work. This means there is no illegal construction on it. '

The court also said on its behalf, 'Mumbai BMC has taken the wrong step by taking action in this way. It is against the rights of citizens.' Further in its judgment, the court warned Kangana and said, 'The petitioner should follow restraint while making statements against the government'. The bench of Justice SJ Kathavala and RI Chagla heard the matter. In this case, the court said, 'Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut had said, "Uprooted the bungalow." This statement proves in the case of the petitioner that it is the result of his (Kangana) statements. '

BMC officials vandalized Kangana's office in Mumbai's Bandra area earlier. During that time, parts of Kangana's building were demolished. When this work of BMC was called wrong, BMC had cited illegal construction at Kangana's office. Seeing all this, Kangana compared the Maharashtra government to Babur and through her lawyers, approached the Bombay High Court.
