Further uupdates: Bommai took a jibe at the Congress party over the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) reservation and said that the party's culture is that of rowdyism.

"The BBMP reservation matrix may be contested in court by Congress. Instead, the party entered Vikasa Soudha forcefully and got unruly. How fitting is that? This reflects the culture of Congress. Everyone will be against it "Basavaraj Bommai, chief minister, said.

His comments came after the Supreme Court ordered the Karnataka government to publish a ward-by-ward reservation list on Thursday in order to help the State Election Commission start the formation of local governments within a reasonable amount of time.
