Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai met with Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday and discussed state issues.
The members of meeting also included Karnataka Water Resources Minister Govind Karjol, state BJP president Nalin Kumar Kateel, and Members of Parliament Shivakumar Udasi and Umesha Jadhav.
Bommai tweeted, "Met our Hon'ble Raksha Mantri Shri @rajnathsingh ji in New Delhi today and handed a copy of a compilation of our government's achievements in the last six months as well as an ISEC research report on the impact of key policy initiatives."
Bommai met with legal experts in the national capital on inter-state water issues before meeting with the Defence Minister. In attendance were Tamil Nadu Chief Secretary P Ravikumara and state government Advocate General Prabhulinga Navadagi.
Bommai, who is in the state for a two-day visit, plans to meet with BJP president J P Nadda during the day to discuss the state's cabinet reshuffle.
