Summer season is coming and in this season people like to eat raita. In such a situation, if you want to make Bundi's raita, then today we are going to tell you its method which is very easy. 

Material to make Bundi's Raita-
For Bundi:

* Another half cup besan
*1/4 tsp salt
*1 cup water
*1 tbsp oil
*Oil, for frying

For Raite:
*1/2 cup Bundi, homemade/homemade purchased from the shop
*1 cup of hot water
*1 cup yoghurt
*1/4 tsp cumin powder
*1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
*1/4 tsp salt
*2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped

Method of making Bundi- First of all, to make it, put another half cup of besan and 1/4 tsp salt in a large mixing bowl. After this, add 1 cup of water and strain the solution. Now mix until the solution is smooth. Then add 1 tbsp oil and continue to stir for 2 minutes. Now prepare a smooth thickened batter (solution). After this, take a spoon with a small hole and add the prepared besan solution to it. Now tap slowly with the help of a spoon, causing the drops of besan to fall into the oil. Do not add too many blobs to the oil at the same time. Keep in mind that you keep running occasionally and once it is crispy, take off the Bundi and put it on the kitchen paper towel.

How to make Bundi raita - For this, take 1/2 cup of Bundi in a bowl. Use a homemade Bundi or a shop-bought Bundi. Now soak them in 1 cup of warm water for 5-10 minutes. After this, gently squeeze the water from the Bundi. Keep it separate. After this, you take 1 cup curd, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp chilli powder and 1/4 tsp salt in a small bowl. Now fry well and mix well to make smooth thick curd. After this, add the soaked Bundi and mix well. Now add 2 tbsp coriander and mix well. Garnish with Bundi before serving.
