Method- To make this, first of all clean basmati rice and soak it in water for about half an hour. Now after this, heat ghee in a pan on medium flame and fry it by adding bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon and big cardamom. After this, mix Kashmiri red chili, sugar, saffron and salt in the standing spices and stir for a minute. After this, mix the soaked rice with spices and fry it for 1 to 2 minutes. Now add 2 cups of water to the rice and keep the pan covered for 10 to 12 minutes. After this, when the rice is cooked, turn off the gas and take out the rice in a big vessel. Now mix almonds, cashews, pomegranate seeds and apples in cooked rice. Take Kashmiri Pulao is ready.
