Two big movies released last Friday, one is Karan Johar's 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' which starring Ranbir-Anushka-Aishwarya and second is Ajay Devgn's 'Shivaay'. Both the films were highly as anticipated to do well at box office. Let's take a glance at first week collection of both the films.

The romantic drama ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' has managed to gain good response at the box office in its first week. The movie has collected Rs 78 crore in its first week and becomes the fifth highest first week earner of this year. In metros, the film has earned well.

Ajay Devgn’s ‘Shivaay' managed to collect Rs 61.50 crore and become the eighth highest first week earner of 2016. The movie opened with poor response but eventually picked up the speed. Also Shivaay is doing well in cities than metros.
