Mumbai: A case of murder has come to light from Ullasnagar, Maharashtra. Where the lover strangled the girlfriend to death and roamed around the city to locate the dead body. Police arrested the culprit from Hillline area. The criminal told the police that his girlfriend used to repeatedly interrupt him for marriage. Due to which he killed his girlfriend in anger.
40-year-old criminal Sachin Gorakhnath Khajekar is a policeman and he had a love affair with Asha More's woman. The criminal told that Asha used to ask for money from her lover Sachin every day and was pressurizing him for marriage. Disturbed by this, the criminal killed his girlfriend by strangulating him in a moving car on the night of June 14. Then kept wandering here and there to dispose of his dead body.
Priyanka Sadalkar, Sub-Inspector of Police of Vithalwadi Police Station, received a complaint from the informer that a person in the car (MH 05 AS 6368) was moving around carrying the girl's body and he is a policeman. The police laid a trap to nab him and arrested Sachin along with his accomplice Kalpesh Madhukar Khairnar from Mirchi Dhaba located in Badlapur pipeline complex near Hillline police station. Asha More's body was seized from her car. Senior police inspector Ranjit Dera is investigating the matter. Hillline Police Inspector Ranjit Dhare said, “The constable had extramarital affairs with the woman for many years. Initial investigation has revealed that the criminal has revealed that the woman was regularly demanding money and was asking her to leave the family and live with her. This enraged the constable and decided to kill him. He called the woman for a walk and strangled her to death in a moving car.
