The Brazilian Football Federation will now give their women's team the same salary as the male team. The president of the association, Rosario Kaboclo, said that after the title, allowances are equal, now women will earn the same as the men's team, which means that there will be no difference between the players of Superstar Neymar and the unknown women's team. Australia, Norway and New Zealand are some of the countries where this arrangement has existed since before.

In March 2019, the current world-winning American women's team filed a lawsuit against their union for differences on salary and conditions. Justice dismissed his case in May this year, but the team insisted. The Brazilian footballer federation said that the decision was made in March to the women's team and their Swedish coach Pia Sundage.

This arrangement will be determined in the next men's and women's World Cup tournaments along with the national teams participating in the Olympic Games to be held in Tokyo next year. The men's team has been the most victorious in football, having won the World Cup five times, but the women's team is also strong in sports, reaching the World Cup final in 2007 and 2008 and back-to-back Olympic finals in 2008. With this, it is a big achievement for women players.
