If you like to eat something new in the morning breakfast then you can make Poha Dhokla. It is also very easy to make and it is also a very good dish for breakfast. Usually you will find a lot of variety of dhokla in the market but the taste of home made dhokla is something else. Although Dhokla is usually made from gram flour in homes, but you can also make Dhokla from Poha to make something new. Dhokla made of poha is very tasty.

Ingredients: - Poha - 500 grams, curd - 250 grams, ginger paste - 1 teaspoon, turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon, chilli paste - 1/2 teaspoon, oil - 2 teaspoons
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon, salt - as per taste, soda - 1/4 teaspoon, coriander leaves finely chopped - 1/2 teaspoon,

Step 1: Take the poha in a bowl. After this, put the poha in the curd. Before soaking the poha, mix the curd well, keep the poha in the curd for at least half an hour.


Step 2: After which you prepare ginger and green chilli paste. Peel the ginger thoroughly before making a paste. Mix turmeric, salt, green coriander, soda and oil in this mixture. Put this mixture well in the curd in which you have mixed poha.

Step 3: Now you have to take a low depth bowl and apply oil from all sides. Then the prepared solution is spread well on the pot.

Step 4: Now keep the bowl for steam. Delicious "Poha Dhokla" can be made in 20 to 25 minutes. After the dhokla is ready, you can apply tempering with mustard, sugar, curry leaves and oil. You can serve dhokla with green chutney.
