New Delhi: British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who is on a visit to India, today met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a special way. Delegation level talks were held between the two Heads of State. During this time, agreements were also reached between the two countries on many important issues. During the joint statement, PM Modi said that Prime Minister Johnson has played a very important role in strengthening the relations between India and the UK for the last several years.  

PM Modi said that at this time, when Hindustan is celebrating the Amrit Mahotsav of its independence, PM Boris Johnson's coming here is a historic moment in itself. At the same time, the style of British Prime Minister Boris Johnson's address was also tremendous. Boris said Narendra, My Khaas Dost!. In these challenging times, I believe that we become special friends and closer. We had a great conversation today and we have strengthened our relationship in every way. The partnership between India and the UK is one of the defining friendships of our time.

Boris Johnson, along with Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel, had visited the JCB factory at Halol GIDC in Panchmahals. During this time, seeing the bulldozer, he could not stop himself and went straight to the driving seat and sat down. After a while he stood at the bulldozer's gate and waved, looking at the media.
