British PM Boris Johnson has already been given the first dose of AstraZeneca's coronavirus vaccine. Many countries have banned the vaccine of AstraZeneca as they believe it has brought out rumors of blood clots. PM Johnson tweeted "I have received my first Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine dose. Thanks to all scientists, NHS staff, and volunteers. Who helped to do such an incredible job."
"Getting a vaccine is the best thing we can do to get back to life," he said in a tweet. "I don't really feel one thing, it's great, I can't recommend it too much," he told Johnson, urging people to take the vaccine. Johnson was seen exiting the Gassiot House outpatient center at St. Thomas Hospital in London Friday evening after giving his first dose. Last year, Johnson had coronavirus and was admitted to St. Thomas Hospital in April 2020 for treatment.
In the meantime, German Chancellor Angela Merkel has spoken that she will get a vaccination from AstraZeneca. He said the government's aim to deal with the covid-19 virus epidemic is "vaccination, vaccination, vaccination." It has been revealed that many European countries have banned AstraZeneca corona vaccines, mentioning concerns over blood clots.
