In the same sequence, Bharat Bind, president of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) state unit, has joined the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), avoiding Mayawati. Bharat Bind has joined the party today (Saturday) in the presence of RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav. Bahujan Samaj Party has suffered a major setback due to BSP's state unit president Bharat Bind joining RJD. Significantly, this time Lalu Yadav will stay in jail and prepare an election strategy for his party RJD.

The responsibility of leading the party in the elections will be on the shoulder of the young leader and former deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav. Bharat Bind has joined the RJD under the leadership of Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav with a resolve to build a new Bihar and remove the corrupt anti-youth Nitish government. In Bihar, the first phase voting will be done on October 28, the second phase voting will be done on November 3 and the third phase voting will be done on November 7. The results of the election will be announced on 10 November.
