Patna: The impact of the Uttar Pradesh government's warning to bulldozers against mafia and goons of the Country's largest state UP Yogi Adityanath is also being seen in Bihar. However, in Bihar, the government's bulldozer will not go against the mafia and goons, but against illegal encroachments. In fact, in the wake of the proceedings of the House in the Bihar Assembly on Thursday, CPIML MLA Ajay Kumar raised the issue of illegal construction and encroachment in connivance with the police.

Replying to questions posed by the same MLA Ajay Kumar, Land and Revenue Department Minister Ramsurat Rai, appearing for the government, said, "If anyone has done illegal construction in connivance with the police, action will be taken against him, but whoever has done the illegal construction, even if it is a 10-storey house." A bulldozer will be run on it."

After the proceedings of the same House, when journalists asked Ramsurat Rai, whether the government's bulldozer will continue in Bihar like in UP? So he said that there is a case of encroachment going on at many places in the state which is a serious problem. Ramsurat Rai said the government will soon change the rule on the issue of encroachment. The minister in the Nitish government said that according to the existing rules, whoever has to demolish the house, the government breaks the house by taking compensation from that person. But in the new financial year, the government will change the rules and wherever encroachments are found, the government will take action and if a large house is built illegally at any place or is constructed, then a bulldozer will be run there.
